Steel work
Consisted of 6 of support columns and 6 X support stools also 10 of lengths of crane track giving a total gantry run of 30 meters. The tracks and columns was finished in one coat grey primer and installed onto their prepared foundations.
Conductor System
The bus bar system that feeds the cranes was 30 meters long and come complete with mounting brackets and one set of current carrying collectors. The system is a new four bar finger proof one.
Dispatch/Delivery/
Warranty Method: This cranes were reconditioned and serviced prior to despatch. Was delivered on time, very difficult to install due to being a very tight site. 1-year warranty
Complications/
Solutions Site was very tight so couldn’t use a mobile crane, all equipment was installed with a fork truck
