Recently installed 20 Tonne Twin Beam Crane Fitted, with a Misia Crab Unit for A&B Cranes Southwest in Cornwall. The Safe working load was 20,000 kg and the Span was
13.5 meters for the Double beam crane.

A&B Crane and Electrical Services Limited recently installed a 1.5-tonne crane in Fraserburgh, Scotland. The installation was a case study highlighting the company’s work in crane refurbishment and sales. A&B Cranes is a UK-based company that specialises in the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of new and used overhead cranes and other lifting equipment.

Newly supplied and install of 1 x Twin beam Crane and 1 X single beam crane and 1 Gantry support system for Sulzer Pumps in Leeds. This project took 2 Week for installation from our crane engineers of Jason Murphy, Liam Doran and Andy Knowles. The crane was for a Machine Shop Cranes with Safe working load of 1 X 7500 Kg and 1 X 5,000 Kg Cranes with a Span of 8 meters.

Recently worked on a 22 Meters Gantry Steelworks with 8 Support Columns for Crane Tracks for Galvanized UK. This project took 2 weeks to install with our crane engineer Kevin, Duane, and Richard. We also supplied Steel work which consisted of 8 of support columns also 6 of lengths of crane track giving a total run of 22 meters gantry steelworks. The tracks and columns were finished in twin pack Ral 4006 coat paint and installed onto their prepared foundations.

Install of Twin 4 tonne overhead crane beam fitted with a twin hook Clayton hoist crab unit for Galvanized UK. Special Twin hook twin hoist Clayton crab unit – 4 Tonne Overhead Crane with Safe working load of 4,000 kg (2 X 2,000 Kg hooks) and a span of 11.7 meters.

Supplied and installed a Twin beam 35 Tonne Overhead Crane and 2 new Twin bean 5,000 Kg Cranes for Riley & Sons. The new 35 Tonne Overhead Crane Installed In Riley & Sons New Facility At Bury had a Safe working load at 35,000 kg (35 Tonne) /5,000 Kg Cranes with a span of 35 Ton 17-meter span and 5 Ton 9-meter span.

Installed a Demag 5 Tonne Overhead Crane (Twin beam) fitted with a Misia crab unit for Haith Industries in Armthorpe to use within a Fabrication Shop. This crane had a safe working load 5 ton and a span of 26 meters. This Debag crane was a double beam with a lift height of 5 metres.

Supply and install of 2 x 5 Tonne Cranes and Gantry (Twin beam box beam Cranes) and free standing Gantry Support Steelwork fitted with Demag crab units for Morris Singer Foundry for a Cast Shop. The manufacturer was Demag for a Double beam with Height of lift at 5 metres. Steel work was 12 x free standing columns and 10 Crane Tracks giving a gantry run of 26.5 meters.

Installed a 1 ton Overhead Crane with Twin beam fitted to a Matterson crab unit for Vale of Rheidol railway in Aberystwyth. The 1000kg Overhead Crane was for Movement of Miniature trains with a Safe working load of 10,000 kg with a span of 13 meters and a height of 6 metres.
